    Considering basic information such as full name, address, date of birth, medical records, social security number and educational qualifications are needed in background checking. Always ask the applicant to submit and fill-up basic information and references. Ask their previous personal references and employers. Accomplish interviews to people who have had contact with the applicant. Talk to applicant’s previous employers and personal references. You may ask the applicant’s performance, reasons for leaving in their previous company, and other investigation that will help you to evaluate the applicant carefully.
